We don’t generally discuss poop in our daily conversations, but asking questions about your bowel movements might give you an insight into your overall health.

Going for a poo poo is the end result of your body taking the nutrients it need from the food you eat,  and eliminating what’s left.

If your poop is coming out like this you need to eat more fibre such as fruit, veg, and wholemeal grains! Poops that look like this is called polyps and if it happens a lot you should probably get checked out as it can lead to colon cancer.

This can happen if you have consumed too much fibre or if you’ve had a heavy night out drinking alcohol. Some people even get this when they are stressed out. So take time out to relax and reassess your diet.
